Book, Blog, AND Twitch Streaming?!

I’m back! There are some exciting things coming!

First, My Book!

A couple of months ago, I was thrilled to win a microgrant to work with my good friend and published author, Pam Bustin! I first met Pam in the fall of 2022 when she was the Writer in Residence at the Regina Public Library. Since then, I’ve been fortunate to keep her in my life, even receiving a sponsorship to attend her online writing circles.

With the mentorship starting in just two weeks, I’ve been busy compiling everything I’ve written into one document and creating a rough timeline for what comes next. I’m currently finishing up 2014, and the rest should be quicker to complete since much of it is already written. I’m aiming for a release in spring/summer 2025.

Next, the Blog!

As you might have noticed, I’ve switched to posting my blog on Blogspot. It’s free, unlike WordPress, and it allows me to organize posts under labels, making them easier to find.

You’ll also notice a shift in the content. While I’ll still occasionally post reviews, the main focus will now be on life as a neurodivergent person. This ties in with my book, and I’m hopeful that this shift will help me start earning from the blog as well.

Lastly, an Announcement!

I’m excited to share that I’ve started streaming on Twitch! My streams will focus on body doubling and productivity, with occasional gameplay of The Sims 4. Body doubling is something that really helps neurodivergent people stay focused, and I’m looking forward to sharing that experience with others.

Right now, there isn’t a schedule, but I’ll work on one while I figure out more of what I’m doing. I need to have at least 50 followers to begin earning money. This money will be put towards my book launch and printing the book. Please feel free to follow me on Twitch so you get a notification when I am streaming. https://www.twitch.tv/raeamblings
